We offer several solutions:
Hybrid psychometrist training through MindfulU provides online training that meets the Board standards, while providing weekly live group coaching, and one on one benchmark trials so the individual demonstrates their skills. You interview a local candidate, you hire them, and we train them for you so you can continue with your practice demands. This is an 8 week program with 15-20 hours dedicated to learning and the remaining hours in your practice generalizing skill. $3300.
Access to the online course without live weekly group coaching or one on one benchmarking is $1300.
Virtual psychological assistant services provide support with onboarding, a skilled clinical interview, virtual collateral interviews, and rating scale distribution and collection. These services are arranged in monthly increments of 10, 15, and 20 hours a month.
